Latcon Corp was created in 2013 by Reggie Garcia and his daughter Brandelynn Livengood.
Together they put a business plan together to dive into the General Construction and Construction Management Services Industries and it has been full steam ahead since.
Reggie started the company with a goal to build a company with a solid foundation for his family, employees and customers. Latcon has been moving forward to achieve a path of relationships and success in this industry.
Latcon is built to set the path for a long-standing business model. Latcon’s management team has a combined 30+ years’ experience in General Contracting, Project Management, Estimating and Operations. Our company holds class A Licenses throughout Colorado. We are also certified in the City and County of Denver.
Latcon strengthens its business through bonds in the communities it serves. In 2015, Latcon had the unique opportunity to participate with Adolfson and Petersons Mentor Protégé Program working with them as the protégé through the processes of Conceptual design, estimating, subcontractor selection as well as design implementation through a multi-phase project on Swansea Elementary in Denver Co. Latcon has also done work with CDOT and several school districts.
